1. My Services
I offer 1:1 Connection Calls, 1:1 Energy Healing + Card Reading sessions, Soul Sessions (Women's Circles, Sound Healing, and events), 1:1 Soul Coaching, and the Inner Mastery Soul Collective membership, along with The Portal Community — a free space hosted on Skool. Current offerings are listed on my Offerings page.

2. Bookings + Payments
All bookings are made through Acuity Scheduling. Payments are processed securely through Stripe / PayPal — I never see or store your full card details. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and may change at any time; changes won't affect sessions you've already booked and paid for.

3. Cancellations + Rescheduling
I require at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel a paid 1:1 session. Cancellations with less notice, or missed appointments, may not be eligible for a refund or a rescheduled time.

Complimentary Connection Calls can be rescheduled any time via your confirmation email, but please give as much notice as you can.

4. Inner Mastery Soul Collective (Membership)
This is a recurring monthly subscription. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and partial months aren't refunded.

5. Health + Wellbeing
My services, energy healing, soul coaching, and card readings, are complementary and intuitive in nature. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric care, and I am not a licensed medical practitioner, psychologist, or therapist. Please continue any necessary professional care alongside our work together. Anything shared in session is held in confidence, but isn't collected or stored as a formal health record.

6. Your Responsibility
Participation in any session, circle, event, or membership is voluntary. You're responsible for honouring your own boundaries and wellbeing throughout.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, text, teachings, meditations, imagery, and branding, belongs to me and is protected by copyright. Please don't reproduce, distribute, or resell it without my written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, I'm not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or participation in my offerings.

9. Website Use
This site is for your personal, non-commercial use. I may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of it or my offerings at any time.

10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia.

11. Changes
I may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be live on this page.
