For over 5 years, I’ve supported women in building confidence, trusting their intuition, and living with authenticity. My work is grounded, honest, and designed for real life. I believe in practical tools and meaningful rituals that fit into your world—no overwhelm, no unnecessary complexity.
My path hasn’t always been easy. A diagnosis of Multiple Sclerosis over two decades ago was a turning point that taught me the cost of ignoring my own needs and silencing my inner voice. That experience shaped my commitment to helping women reconnect with themselves and live in alignment with their deepest wisdom.
