I created this space for women who are ready to come home to themselves. Real tools, deep work, and a community that holds you while you rise. And it's completely free.
MY STORY
Over 22 years ago, I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis.
At the time, I was a mother to “two boys aged 10 and 8”, and a 15 month old baby girl. I was right in the middle of motherhood - loving my children deeply, while carrying, doing, worrying and trying to be everything everyone needed me to be.
My diagnosis became a turning point.
I began to understand what years of putting myself last, pushing down what I felt and losing connection to myself had cost me.
I know firsthand how easy it is as a mother to disappear beneath everything that needs you.
But I also know that becomes possible when you begin to come back to yourself.
When you listen to your body. Honour your heart. Trust your soul. And allow the woman beneath all the roles to rise again.

I don't want you to lose another year of yourself beneath everything motherhood asks of you.
There is still a woman beneath all the doing, giving, worrying and carrying.
My work is not about asking you to become someone else. It is about helping you come back to yourself - to trust what you feel, reconnect with your body, remember your gofts and hear the wisdom of your soul again.
Because choosing yourself doesn’t take away from your children.
It changes what becomes possible for all of you.
