Soul Light is a weekly space at The Portal in Geraldton, and online, for women who are ready to feel at home in their body again. Every Wednesday from 21 October, 5:30 to 6:45pm.

Why the body matters

Your body is the vessel that holds your soul's growth.

In my experience, the soul can only rise as far as the body feels safe to hold it. If you've been doing the work for years and still feel like something isn't landing, it may not be about doing more. It may be that your nervous system is still waiting to feel safe before it lets more light in.

You don't have a body that's behind or a nervous system that's broken. You have a vessel that's ready to hold more.

So that's where we begin.

What you'll experience

Each week we'll move, breathe, meditate and soak in sound and energy healing, so your body can soften and feel held. Then we get real. We gently look at the beliefs and stories we're still carrying, because that's when they can begin to clear.

Who this is for

This is for you if you've been on the path for a long time and feel like you can't quite get there. It's also for you if you're brand new and want a gentle, safe place to begin. Come as you are.

There's nothing to prepare and nothing to get right.

I'm keeping the room small on purpose. Only 10 mats in person at The Portal, so everyone is properly seen and held.

The women who enter my world aren't just a number. They become family, and that's why these evenings often fill before they're even public.
