MY STORY
Over 20 years ago, I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. A turning point that arrived after years of ignoring my truth and shrinking myself to fit in.
I know firsthand the cost of not listening. Of shutting down what you feel and following a path that was never really yours.
But I also know what becomes possible when you stop.
When you choose yourself. When you honour your uniqueness, trust your soul, and let who you actually are rise to the surface.
That is the work I do. And it changes everything.

There is. And I want to help you find it. Not by telling you who to be, but by helping you remember who you already are. A self-led woman who trusts herself, owns her timeline, and rises into her life with soul.
